From 1988-1996, Mr. Charleston Wang served as Vice President and General Counsel to Environmental
Enterprises Incorporated, Cincinnati, Ohio. In that capacity, he gained extensive and practical experience in

Mr. Wang has dedicated his legal career to understanding government regulations and their impact on
American business. He is available to advise on the specialized legal aspects of administrative law and
proceedings before government regulatory agencies such as USCIS, USICE, OSHA, EPA, health agencies
and worker's compensation at the local, state and Federal levels. As a lawyer he will provide counsel on
regulatory matters from a comprehensive procedural, substantive, legislative, and constitutional approach
while keeping in mind the needs and objectives of the client. He will draw upon his multidisciplinary education
and experience as a corporation general counsel to fashion a legal solution to the client's problem in a
cost-effective manner, the intricacies of agency law notwithstanding. While recognizing that most regulatory
issues are best resolved at the administrative level, Mr. Wang will be the first to acknowledge that the best
resolution, whether at the agency or judicial forum, are best obtained if cases are analyzed, prepared and
presented as if for judiciary, or even final appellate review. He will approach the client's case with these
contingencies in mind and the client will benefit from an early statutory and constitutional review from the
beginning.

Mr. Wang was engaged for 8 years in Federal service, first with the National Institute for Occupational Safety
and Health (NIOSH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), United States Public Health
Service (USPHS) and then with the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), United
States Department of Labor (DOL). BUSINESS WITH THE PACIFIC RIM Mr. Wang was a research
and development engineer in the International Division of the P & G Company where he worked on new
products for and in Japan and the Philippines. Mr. Wang maintains a professional interest in assisting
companies successfully transfer operations from the Asia Pacific Rim countries into the United States of
America. He has lived in Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia for a total of 16 years. He studied at Victoria
Institution in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and was a Nugent Walsh Scholar. He speaks Mandarin Chinese
fluently and knows Bahasa Malaysia (Malay). He is available to assist international companies conduct
business in America with the minimum of risk. Conversely, he will assist American companies extend their
