Mr. Wang was engaged for 8 years in Federal service, first with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), United States Public Health Service (USPHS) and then with the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), United States Department of Labor (DOL). BUSINESS WITH THE PACIFIC RIM Mr. Wang was a research and development engineer in the International Division of the P & G Company where he worked on new products for and in Japan and the Philippines. Mr. Wang maintains a professional interest in assisting companies successfully transfer operations from the Asia Pacific Rim countries into the United States of America. He has lived in Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia for a total of 16 years. He studied at Victoria Institution in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and was a Nugent Walsh Scholar.
