Charleston Wang served as Vice President and General Counsel to Environmental Enterprises
Incorporated, Cincinnati, Ohio.  In that capacity, he gained broad and practical experience in
general corporate matters, with emphasis on the day-to-day management of legal issues from
within an U. S. business organization, including employment law, regulatory and administrative
compliance in a highly regulated industry (treatment, storage, disposal, and transportation of
hazardous waste, environmental assessment, audits, remediation and emergency response), risk
management, and management of litigation.  For 8 years prior, Mr Wang was engaged in the
Federal government, within the U. S. Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and
the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).

In addition to immigration and nationality law, WANGLAW provides professional legal
counsel on general corporate and other business matters, contracts, leases, and other
transactions, employer-employee relations, OSHA/EPA, and international business.

In recognition of changing international financial and economic conditions, since October 1,
1991, the United States Immigration and Naturalization Act (INA) had been amended to allow
business people who invest in the United States to obtain permanent residence status (the Green
Card) and eventual United States Citizenship.  Under this immigration statute, permanent
residence can be granted to a qualified investor, his or her spouse and unmarried children
through the employment-based fifth preference without going through the tedious, competitive,
and uncertain process of labor certification. WANGLAW is available to assist business owners
and investors who are planning to set-up and conduct business inside the United States, and who
happen to be also interested in obtaining permanent residence in the United States. WANGLAW
will provide legal counsel provide legal counsel starting with the I-526, continuing with the
creation of the new commercial enterprise and its operation as a going concern, through the
issuance of lawful permanent residence status to the investor and upon election, the application
for and conferment of United States Citizenship.   This vital program has sunset since September
15, 2015, but was temporarily renewed.   Under a new rule published by the U.S. Department of
Homeland Security, several changes to the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program will go into effect
on Nov. 21, 2019.  It is in need of long-term renewal by the United States Congress.

                                            FOR ALL IMMIGRANTS & TRAVELERS

WANGLAW will provide counsel and assistance in immigration and naturalization law
matters and procedings, including family sponsored and employment based immigration (legal
permanent resident LPR or Green Card status), temporary visas, temporary workers, asylum and
refugee protection, agency adjudication interviews, administrative hearings which include
detention, deportation, and removal proceedings (motion for bond, motion for stay, application
for Cancellation of Removal, motion to reopen, and other relief from deportation),
administrative appeals with the Administrative Appeal Office (AAO), and before the Board of
Immigration Appeals (BIA), and defense of criminal charges of violation of immigration law
(immigration crimes), and judicial review in all levels of the Federal court system. WANGLAW
will represent clients on appeal before the Board of Immigration Appeals.  Mr. Wang is admitted
to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States of America.  

WANGLAW will appear on behalf of individuals in the federal immigration agencies, the
U. S. immigration courts, and during proceedings in
habeas corpus, mandamus and coram nobis
before United States District Courts.  Representation in the federal judiciary has taken on a new
and vital importance in light of the shifts towards a more rigorous enforcement of immigrations
law since the beginning of 2017.

Charleston Wang, Esquire

Mr. Wang is a member of the Bar of the State of  Ohio.  He is
also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts
for Southern Ohio, Northern Ohio, Eastern Kentucky, and
Southern Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the
Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of
America, and before other state and Federal courts by leave
pro hac vice.  He is admitted to practice immigration law before
the U. S. Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals
and may represent clients before all the agencies of the U. S.
Department of Homeland Security.  Mr. Wang holds a Juris
Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and was
Associate Editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review.
He earned an L.L.M. in Southeast Asian and Islamic Law from the Charles Darwin University
(formerly Northern Territory University) in Darwin, Australia. He earned an MBA in
international business from Xavier University in Cincinnati.  He double majored in Chemical
Engineering and Economics at the University of Delaware.  Before going to college, Mr. Wang
boarded at St. Andrew's School in Middletown, Delaware, the filming  location of Robin
Williams'
Dead Poet Society.  Mr. Wang is a member of Leadership Cincinnati (Chamber of
Commerce) and Forty under Forty (Cincinnati Business Courier).  He was appointed by the
Mayor of Cincinnati to multiple terms as a member and during 2014 as the President of the
